VERY RUDE!!! Does not like it when you ask questions. We get to the lakeshore and says it is illegal to shoot pictures there and to call him Uncle Steve. Was late to our shoot...an hour!!! Pictures did not look professional. When asked about the garden photograghy we planned, he did not want to do it and acted like we had never talked about it. If you buy a CD from him..he writes your name with a sharpie marker which has acid and will over time erode files. It came wrapped in saran wrap between two pieces of cardboard from a cereal box! No nice packaging of the CD. I wanted a nice CD and he said that I could burn my own!!! After I paid him for a service!! I paid for photo release, none was sent. And to top it off my pictures arrived today. Not even the right number of photos were printed. The wallets were square and did not have rounded corners. The edges of the wallets had on the side of them a small bit of another picture on them. It looks like he just cut them himself. They came wrapped in saran wrap taped up with scotch tape. The wallets were all scrambled up and not 20 of this pose and 20 of that pose.He makes it so you are so uncomfortable that you don't dare ask questions. He has no order form, he just wants you to send him an email. Then he waits a month to send a final invoice and socks you for more money!! This has ruined, what should have been fun memories. The pictures have bend marks as they were printed on cheap photo paper and not shipped properly. All of the photos were taped in saran wrap and envelopes. I paid over $650 for Senior photos...I would like professional photos and packaging for that price. All I can say is to not use him, he is a cranky, fussy, rude little man. He is certainly NOT a professional photogragher! He is just terrible!!
