"Never Showed Up for Paid Tasting"

A No Show. My fiancé and I was really excited to try Primadonna, especially since they had vegan options. Unfortunately everything went wrong. We scheduled to meet her, and paid the amount required for our in-home tasting- But they never showed up at the time agreed. We waited for hours..but no phone call or email from this company. A week later and being feed up with no returned phone calls or emails I let this company know I would report them if they didn't call or refund our money by the end of this week. They refunded our money just a day ago. It's truly said they still never called us or email us to explain what happened :-( Bride's please be aware of companies like this and never pay anyone by paypa/onlinel until you have met them in person. I hope Primadonna Concierge & Catering understands being being unreliable isn't good :-/
