I used Tammy Johnson dba Pleasure Island Events and Sandsational Weddings and Catering. Due to an inquiry I made with American Express due to the name on the charge, she notified me and said that PayPal denied her charge and it would take her 70 days to have it set right, even though my Amex inquiry was canceled that very day. Our of the goodness of my heart (and my stupidity), I told her I would pay her again and she could refund the funds to me when Paypal finally released them. This woman has strung me along for 7 months about paying me and clearly has no intention of doing so. I am out almost $3000 for trying to help her because I felt badly that my inquiry into my Amex bill caused her payment to be held for 70 days. She received the refund from Paypal and kept the money and lied many times about paying me. I was duped. This is not an honorable person or business.
