"Waste of my time"

My wedding is in 6 months, so I thought I would start calling a few limo companies to get some pricing. Pinnacle was one. I got about 5 quotes and out of the five Pinnacle Limos was one of the lowest with the other company just $100 more. I called at least 3 times in one week because I had lots of questions on my wedding details and how everything would play out. The lady was extremely helpful but to my disadvantage.. I didn’t get her name. The week after I called with my deposit ready to book my limos and to my surprise they had no Idea who I had talked to and tried to give me a quote $400 more then the original one… they said maybe I had talked to the “new girl”. My thing is why are you guys unorganized? Don’t you all have the same computer system or price book that you look out of? So now I’m going to call the other company..
