Hired last year for our Christmas photos, I could not describe how awful the experience and how terrible the photos were without being cruel. The photographer was unquestionably an amateur trying to pass for an expert. Years of taking photos doesn't make you a professional. We were personally attacked via Facebook when we pointed out a multitude of problems and respectfully requested a return of a large gratuity that was not earned. We later hired a true professional and had the most exceptional experience. The difference would compare Mt. Everest to the Marianas Trench.
