Launched in Madrid Spain, in the spring of 1989 by Owner, Founder and Chef Patricio Esquivel, the company has evolved into a full service shop offering a full range from small events such as intimate dinners at your home (Personal Chef Service) to large events with operations or using our state of the art kitchen in San Diego, CA., Madrid Spain and Mexico City which employ a full-time staff of more the 35 personnel.
