Where do I start? Words cannot come close to describing to you how happy you made us on our wedding weekend. Our families had soooo much fun and they all said it was the best weekend of their lives. The best wedding they've EVER been to. It felt like a million dollar wedding. You got everything right down to the flowers, the simplicity, the makeup, the food, the music, the BBQ, the driver, the gift baskets, and doing everything with so much love. You didn't miss anything!! Our families were blown away with how amazing you are. We will never forget oury wedding day for as long as we live. I felt like a princess. If I dreamed my dream wedding and I could have anything I wanted I would dream exactly the wedding I had. There wasn't anything I had that wasn't there except my mom. And I felt like she was there in spirit just like you said. You are too good hearted. Thank you a million times over.

I DO NOT recommend using Palate Pleaser by Carol Lynn. Carol is a scam artist, overbearing, controlling, a liar, manipulative, bullheaded, RUDE/MEAN, unprofessional, disrespectful, bossy, & MANY other things. She makes her money by ripping people off on what’s supposed to be the best day of one’s life. For example, she charged $50 per vase, & I found the same exact one’s for $5. She is full of empty promises. She ruined the best day of my life. NOTHING went as planned! She has a staff full of teenagers that have no clue about what they’re supposed to be doing. (I’m assuming because they’re CHEAP to employ) They were very unprofessional, and they ate my food that was not offered to them, as if they were guests at my wedding instead of the staff. I shared many of the same disappointments as the other reviews I’ve read. Carol made MANY mistakes, & absolutely REFUSED to take any responsibility for them (for example- ordered the wrong color vests for the tuxes ,& the top tier of the cake was the wrong flavor). I felt like she didn’t listen to a word I said, and instead did as she pleased at MY wedding at MY expense! There was a lot of leftover food, and alcohol that I paid a lot of money for that I was supposed to get the next day, and never seen any of it again. When I called her with my complaints about the things that went wrong, I got an ear full about how it wasn’t her fault, but my own (because I am the one who catered my own wedding- sarcasm) Since then I have been harassed not only by HER but also her teenage staff! She has been so mean, hurtful, and harassing over this whole situation that I am afraid to even use my own name (using my brothers) for this review. I also have a pretty good feeling that this YAHOO LOCAL USER is Carol herself leaving these wonderful comments about her OWN company/herself. I’ve heard through the grape vine that she actually PAYS people/her employee’s to get on here in her defense and/or leave FALSE 5 star comments about how wonderful a wedding/event was that never even took place. If you ask me, I think she should be sued and/or shut down for all of the pain/drama/false advertising taking place by Palate Pleaser by Carol Lynn, and her employee’s. It sounds like she has ruined many weddings, and charged an arm and a leg to do so. ’(

Flowers, Cake, the whole nine yards. Everything was done to perfection and delivered on time. I didnt have to run all over the place trying to take care of things by myself. I am very glad that I crossed paths with Palate Pleaser. They were the only company in Hood River that I could find to task multipul services. They took excellent care of everything for me. Everyone that I talked to had only good things about this company and everyone seemed to know and like the owner. All directions when inquiring about my wedding led to one place. Palate Pleaser. Thanks for making my wedding day special
