Absolutely Horrible experience, we feel in love with the Pearl S Buck estate. However from the minute we signed on the line with Larry it went down hill. He's terrible, difficult to get ahold of, and they will nickel and dime you to death. Everything becomes additional, they will tell you have upgrades, but it's impossible to ever find out any options and when you do it's ridculously priced. His staff is less than professional, they even tried to kick us out of our reception prior to 10pm our scheduled end time. Bottom line is DONT SELECT OPEN AIRE AFFAIRS, unless you want to pay twice as much and be annoyed.
