Exceeded our expectations. Could not have done this wedding without Claudia and her team. The chef was amazing and everyone could not believe the quality of the gourmet menu and food fixed with ALL FRESH ingredients. The reception was actually at our home and you would have thought you were in a 5 star hotel. Chef Shawna was unbelievable and the wait staff (all dressed in black/white) were the kindest and most courteous. EVERYONE commented on how they were so catered to. I highly recommend Claudia and Oh What A Night. What a classy event we had thanks to them.

Oh, What a Night came to Texas! I needed a caterer to help host a party for 30 NASA & Industry Executives, including Astronauts, all in town for a meeting. Knowing Claudia for years, I knew she was the best person for the job. The food was exceptional. The presentation was beautiful and everyone couldn’t have been happier. It truly was the best social gathering we have thrown. My husband received nothing but positive feedback during the meetings the next day. She staged our house so there was a nice flow and gave everyone the opportunity to mingle. I would highly recommend Claudia and Oh, What a Night, for any event. Alice

We come to Captiva for the Holidays every year with a large and diverse family group. We have used Claudia and Oh What a Night for a special meal for many of these years and can't say enough good things about them! She and her staff are always friendly, on time, and very professional; and the food is fantastic and different every time. Claudia and staff have our highest recommendation!
