Thank you Na'Kayshions for your great hospitality. Our wedding was scheduled to take place outdoors but due to the rainy weather it had to be moved indoors, we told NaKayshions staff, we were ok with the ceremony being in the same room as the receptions, because we knew it would be difficult to decorate the chapel in such a short notice. As we were prepared to start the ceremony in the reception area, we surprisingly were told the chapel was ready. And it looked amazing! Thanks for helping us to make a day that looked ruined a SUCCESS, and for going that extra mile for us. That's one of the things that sold us on hosting our wedding at Na'Kayshions due to various outdoor and indoor options.

I attended a wedding this weekend and the service was horrible! The wedding itself was nice although you could barely see the wedding party due to shrubs being overgrown and not trimmed. But the reception was an entirely different story. We were seated at the last table to be served dinner and were actually served an entire hour after the first dinner plate came out... We timed it! When we first entered the reception hall some of the guest had a salad placed in front of them without even asking if they wanted it or not. Others, including myself, was never even offered. The food was not up to par and not to mention cold! About an hour until the wedding was over one of the ill mannered waiters came out with (no joke) a BUCKET and a rolling table to SCRAP the food into the bucket in front of guest (some of which were still eating) and proceed to start "cleaning up"! Mind you, the wedding was still in progress. Very tacky and highly unprofessional. I was in awe! I just could not believe it. The service was definitely the talk of the table I was sitting at and from the looks of the other tables when the "bucket man" rolled around, everyone was thinking the same thing. Highly unprofessional! I would have been very upset and put off if this happened at my wedding! It was so bad that even one of the staff members made a comment about the service! So that says a lot!
