And also her business ethics. You do not put yourself up as a vendor at a wedding expo, hold a drawing for a give away of a free tier for a cake, not make it, or half of what was paid for. Free cakes after the wedding is over is not how you make things correct. Do the right thing and at least do a partial refund.
