Norma Gutierrez is not what is is too be trusted She lie on the decorations on the table over lag. She wanted to charge me extra because she did not have the color what I wanted. My over lag was nothing what she said it would be. It was a piece of cloth on the tables and made a diamond shape not over lag. And all she could say o well all tables are different sizes but I told it does not matter you promise over lag and that is what I wanted. Every thing look white not the theme red and white It look all white. It was a sad day. And there was nothing I could do. If you get this person get every thing in writing or you might be like me. And spent all this money and not to be happy. Make sure she has every thing you ask in writing. She won't let you know until that day if she has what you ask for. And she will tell you excuses.

Vendor response: This compliant was investigated and review by the BBB and found no problems. The BBB gave me a grading of A+, when reviewing this complaint. Customer felt that if they didn’t get a great turn out from their events they feel that by complaining they can retrieve their monies back. Unfortunately we go to the extreme to make this day affordable and memorable. My Cinderella Creation Always confirms all work orders 30 Days prior to their events to allow the customer to make any last minute changes.
