This company quotes you one price over the phone and tries to charge you another when you pick up the machine at the League City location! The machine was dirty and the cord was falling apart and was taped up with electrcal tape. Needless to say it did not work and our party was ruined. They promise machine support if they do not work but we were told over the phone on a Sat that no one was available to come out and if the machine was at fault you would be fully refunded. It was determined that the machine was at fault and the owner only refunded a 60% of the cost. When I expressed my discontent he followed me out to my car threatning me and using profanity. This caompany is a joke and will be out of business soon or will survive by ripping off inocent customers like myself. Please rent somewhere else and save yourself the awuful experience I had.
