"Wouldnt deliver"

They called me at 9 in the morning to let me know that they would not deliver a water slide because it was raining outside. My kids party was not until 2, I said you must be kidding I have 20 kids coming and we don't even know if it will be raining at 2. Needless to say it rained, not stormed but rained a little but it stopped around 11 everything dryed up and it did not rain again. I would never rent from this company everyone at the party just laughed that someone would cancel that early not even knowing what the weather would do. After I got upset he finally said he would see but by then I had already found another company to bring one out. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.

Vendor response: We ALWAYS make all of our deliveries on time, with nothing but quality equipment. We are licensed and insured. However we can't predict the weather 100% of the time with 100% accuracy and base our decision to deliver or not on professional weather reports for safety reasons. No we do not deliver in the rain and at the time we made our decision to not deliver it was raining. Later that day the rain did stop, however the prediction was for additional rain that day. Safety and quality still remains our #1 priority.
