I hesitated to post a formal review prior to actually tasting or even seeing the cake Ive ordered, but Im so thrilled with the customer service so far ... Michelle was prompt to return my call and what was even more impressive was that it was almost 7pm! I wasnt expecting a call until the next day. She listened to my situation and agreed (despite very short notice) to help me make the vision I had for my daughter's 13th.bday Cake come to life. She has gone above and beyond as far as helping with sizing (even suggesting a way to save.money!!!!!) and combining each of my daughter's favorites.for a.'dream cake' . Im so excited to see her vision and creativity on Saturday. Im very thankful and extremely happy with my experience thus far! :)
