THE SERVICE WAS GREAT UP UNTIL THE ACTUAL PHOTOGRAPHS WERE TO BE FINISHED. MY DAUGHTER GOT MARRIED ON AUGUST 21, 2010. SHE JUST NOW RECEIVED HER ALBUM. SHE RECEIVE AN UNFINISHED VIDEO TAPE FROM THE WEDDING. (NOT THE BEST) SHE IS NOW WAITING FOR HER DISC OF WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHS OF HER WEDDING THAT WERE PROMISED TO US. WE PAID UP FRONT AND WE ARE NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW WITH THE AFTER SERVICE. I DO HAVE TO SAY THAT THE FIRST IMPRESSION WAS REALLY GREAT. THE PHONE CALLS THE FIRST MEETING AND THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE THAT WE WITH US THE WHOLE DAY OF THE WEDDING. NOW WE GET NO CALLS, E-MAILS OR HAVE CONTACT. THE E-MAIL ADDRESS THAT WE WERE GIVE IS SHUT DOWN. I HAD TO GO ON LINE TO FINE THE NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS. CLEAN UP YOU ACT ON THE FINAL PRODUCT AND YOU WILL WIN MY SUPPORT ONCE AGAIN.
