When signing contract make sure you PUT IN WRITING exact bus,car limo you want with picture and Vin# or your transportation can be switched out! Felt 40+ CHANDLER PROM goers were taken advantaged of by this company. Bus was taken from Chandler to Scottsdale. Teens were not allowed back on bus to return home due to bus driver found a part broken. Teens told to find other means of transportation home 11:30 pm if they did not come up with $130 cash on the spot. Teen that hired company offered credit card but Manager on duty Jerry or Jersey refused her offer on phone , leaving the teens panicking to scrounge up monies. Bus driver told them bus would not allow them on bus until monies in her hand. Bus was assumed to be the same rented last year that held 40+ pp. But was switched and came from other company.This bus the teens could not all sit like last years bus.
