Mike studied photojournalism and fine art photography while earning his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of South Dakota. Shortly thereafter he began photographing weddings while working on his Masters Degree in Photography.



Mike has lived in California for the past 20 years and specializes in weddings, engagements and casual portraiture throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He enjoys traveling and spending his free time with his wife Denise and their daughters, Sophia and Madeline.
