Starting in the 1970's as a student at West Scranton High School with a hobby in art, photojournalism and scenic paintings; I was led to an interest in lighting techniques, in particular, those of master photographers of Hollywood's Golden Age. Educating myself on the dramatic lighting used in the 30's and 40's, I established my studio based on that style.
