My (now) husband and I weren't married for several months because they messed up the paperwork, absolutely unacceptable. 2/3 of the flowers didn't arrive (the ones that did were incorrect) and I still haven't received a refund after 4 months of contacting them (they sent me a check but it wasn't filled out properly).They're disorganized, they're unprofessional and you may or may not be ACTUALLY married.
