I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, OUR DAUGHTERS SWEET FIFTEEN WAS 2 YEARS AGO, EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED THEY DID NOT DELIVER, TO SAY THAT OUR DAUGHTER WAS DISSAPOINTED IS AN UNDER STATEMENT. WE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO REPEAT THOSE PICTURES, MY WORST MISTAKE WAS TO PAY THEM IN FULL OVER $2000 DOLLARS FOR STUFF WE NEVER HAVE OR WILL RECEIVED.

Masters Touch failed to deliver my daughte'rs wedding pictures in a timely manner. As a matter of fact, I did not receive her photo album until her first anniversay. She just had her second anniversary and we have yet to receive the parent books and 16 X 20 photograph. They will not answer their phones or return calls. I definitely would not recommend them. The photos looked okay, but we need the remaining items that we purchased.
