"Very poor customer service"

Unbelievably rude! I honestly don't know this guys work, because I never got past the inquiry. The website says to email for more information and I did. The response was some kind of patched together form letter that was disjointed and did not answer my questions... He had obviously not even read my short email. When I replied that he didn't answer my questions :( he responded like a grade AAA-hole. I quote from him: "stay annoyed and wondering... take your sh*t some where else.. is there a Icon for a FINGER ^" Close quote. Beware. Apparently this jerk (Pete Anthony) is DBA "Reel Film Production," "Master Computer Video" and "All Video & Audio Transfer Services." The only reviews I found online were negative, complaining of exactly the same thing I ran into.

The owner, a guy named Pete, was rude and wouldn't let me talk. He trashed other companies. When I told him that I could not afford his price, he hung up on me. I called him back and he hung up again. This tells me all I need to know about his character and I am glad I will not be doing any business with him.

This email should say it all... Me: Hello, My name is Morgan and I am trying to get a 1961 film reel restored and converted to a digital file before Christmas. I don't know what kind it is, but it it is a Kodak reel just under 3 inches in diameter and the film is 5/16 inches wide. I tried calling the number, 281-350-3733, but it appears to be the wrong number. If you could give me a cost and time estimate estimate as soon as possible it would be great. Thank you and Merry Christmas! Them: I'm not going to get involved in your RUSH RUSH last minute panic For the rest of us it's Festiv-us I really hope they go out of business..
