Mary's Cakes & Pastries is a retail bakery in Northport, Alabama. We specialize in wedding and celebration cakes. Our cakes range from Italian buttercream to fondant to ganache, and are often adorned with hand made and hand painted gum paste flowers, bows and swags. We also sell beautifully decorated shortbread cookies, pastries, chocolate truffles and fresh baked artisan breads. A certified wedding cake designer and decorator, and culinary instructor at Shelton State Community College, owner Mary Cesar offers design workshops and sells select cake decorating supplies.
