MMIC did a great job in helping prepare and organize our wedding. The services we used were the officiant, flowers, photography, ceremony and reception coordination, and overall help planning. Everything was beautiful and I could not have imagined a more perfect day. The only thing I would have changed in preparation for the day was the communication. Sometimes it felt difficult to get in touch with them. They are busy so e-mails and messages sometimes felt like they got lost for a while, but when I was able to get in touch with one of them they were able to answer my questions and help us no problem. They did a fantastic job and I would certainly recommend them.

Kevin was wonderful and things went great even being 26 degrees out and some terrible wind. Kevin and Lorie were great to work with. Planning in 3months. The all inclusive ceremony with cake and photographer for our small wedding was better then I had hoped. Kevin kept my now husband and I laughing and loving the ceremony while the photographer was equally as great by making even this cold bride originall from California comfortable and happy in all that wind and cold. Thank you Lorie and Kevin for making our day absolutely perfect!! We had wanted a simple, but nice romantic wedding and that is what we got. We had planned on getting married at Lily Lake on 11/12/11, but unfortunately, the day of our wedding their were 110 mph winds! Kevin said he would still perform our ceremony at Lily Lake, if we wanted to, but standing in the blistering winds wasn't our idea of a romantic wedding. We were both so glad we decided against it, because Lorie and Kevin had a beautiful set up in their home, that made the perfect setting for our wedding!! It couldn't have been better!! Thank you sooo much to Kevin and Lorie with Marry me in Colorado!!!! We got married at Lily Lake on November 5th and even though it was a bit cold, to say the least, we had an absolutely BEAUTIFUL ceremony, it was very nice that everyone braved the cold for us, including Kevin!! The backdrop was perfect and the photographer got some awesome pictures! We are very thankful for them putting together such a great day on short notice especially and everything turned out amazing!! Marry Me In Colorado was just awesome! Kevin really captured Michael and I in our custom ceremony. We had the Bella Package and we were married at Sprague Lake on 9-21-11. Lorie was so sweet to refer me to a local make up and hair artist for my special day who came to our condo. We could not have hoped for a better stress free beautiful day!

The folks at MMIC did a fantastic job with our wedding photographs. Granted, we were outdoors in Rocky Mountain National Park during peak fall colors, so the setting was spectacular. However, that sort of setting presents the photographer with a lot of issues to address, such as shadows, lighting, wind, depth of field to accommodate wide vistas as well as close-up personal shots, to name a few. Their photographer (Mark H) was very personable and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Our photos aren't the usual boring, stilted poses that you often see, but are natural, relaxed poses that captured our nature.

While they are very jovial and personable when you see them, they are extremely busy. We were definitely able to reach them, but had a hard time having real communication with them. They always were in a rush and said, "We'll talk to you before the wedding." But when we did, it felt like a complete hurry--they had another appointment every time we spoke with them it seemed. The flowers were beautiful though--Lorie can put those together extremely fast. The ceremony was very touching--well written and delivered. Kevin stands to be a very funny, light-hearted man. The photos could have been better in posing, lighting and set ups. Many of our photos had people looking in different directions, attire not quite right, even with some with eyes shut. We asked for a lot of extra photos just in case...I'm glad we did, because half of them are just in between shutter shots of a few good ones. One other thing that turned us off was that they were very vocal about posting on their reviews several (literally several times during our wedding) about their newest accolades in this magazine or that award that I felt that we were in the middle of a sales pitch. Good luck to them, but I think they've gotten so busy that the personal touches are being lost in their busy schedules. It started feeling like we were one of so many that there wasn't any extra time to spend except download of details.
Vendor response: REVIEW IS UNDER INVESTIGATION - Note from Marry Me In Colorado: This review was left by a local competitor who should focus on improving their OWN business rather than attempting to harm that of their competition. We have NEVER had a bride by this name, and were in California on vacation on the date listed as the wedding date. While we are well versed in customer service, we do not ever need to 'brag' - nor would we NEED to conduct a 'sales pitch' during a wedding! We look forward to having Decidio confirm our confident guess in who you are... and the best of of wishes in your business success - with your method of operation of attacking those who DO succeed, and your business ethics, we are afraid you will need luck to survive!

Kevin and Lori were so professional. They handled all the details of our summer elopement. Kevin obtained the park permits, provided a table and cloth for our sand ceremony, provided the BOSE system for our wedding music. We met with Kevin before the ceremony at a local coffee shop and he explained all the details of the services offe...red. We spoke with Kevin and Lori countless times over the next few months leading up to our wedding. They were flexible with our payment for services too! The ceremony that Kevin put together was emailed to us a couple weeks before the ceremony and it was perfect! Lori was the photographer and did an outstanding job. She was prompt to get the photos to us online, for our friends and family to view, and provided a disk for our use. We highly recommend Marry Me in Colorado! Billie Jo and Jaime Rosa

our wedding day was just perfect thanks to marry me in colorado. We tied the knot on a Lake with beautiful snow coverd mountains as our backdrop. our ceromony was so perfect and thoughtful, kevin did such a wonderful job. My bouquet was so amazing i couldnt believe it, and Lorrie took some beautiful pictures. We coulnt have imagined a more perfect day!

My husband and I were eloping with only 10 days notice and we were looking for something that was “all inclusive” but still special and romantic. We found all of this with Kevin and Lorie! We got the “Bella Package” and never did we feel like we weren’t just as important as their clients who were doing much more lavish affairs. We chose Sprague lake in November of 2010. They never acted rushed or made us feel like we were behind in planning even though the ceremony was a little over a week away. Neither I nor my husband was able to meet with Kevin or Lorie in person and yet they responded to all of my questions, calls and emails usually the same day! Kevin emailed us with the ceremony and vows that he was going to read and was willing to delete parts and add others as we wanted in order to make the ceremony truly special to us. Best part is that we have the copy of the ceremony and vows he said so that we will always remember the beautiful words from our day. It doesn’t matter if you want to elope or have an elaborate ceremony; their website is an amazing tool and resource in planning your wedding. All of the pictures that Lori takes of the different ceremonies really do give you a vision of what each location in the park looks like and in each of the different seasons. It also gives you ideas of things you can ask for or plan for your wedding. We decided on one of the destinations that they mention on their website, but were still not certain on the exact spot we wanted. Kevin and Lori were very helpful in helping us decide on the exact location the day of without making us feel rushed or like it was a place that they had been many times before. They walked around the location with us and talked with us about what the pictures would look like so we could capture the beauty of the location and moment. They made it feel like a very special day even with the short notice they were given. In the end we wanted a romantic and intimate ceremony that was hassle free. We got everything we wanted at a great price! Lori and Kevin work together as a great team and are the nicest people you’ll meet. It was like having friends at our ceremony even though we had only just met. We have even emailed them since the ceremony with pictures of our new baby boy! There were no surprises in anything. What you see on the website in the photos is exactly what you get; down to the capes you can rent from them for your day. We can’t say enough about how awesome the day was and how great it was that Kevin and Lorie took care of everything. All we did was show up and say “I do”. :-)

MMIC created the perfect ceremony for our wedding. The planning was very stress-free. We had a vague idea of what we wanted, and Kevin was able to take the few thoughts we had on the wedding to create an unforgettable ceremony. I am so thankful for such an easy and amazingly beautiful wedding.

For anyone that doesn't want a lot of fuss in planning a wedding...Lorie & Kevin are definitely for you! We were married at Sprague Lake dock in Estes Park, and the wedding was beautiful. The only part that wasn't perfect--was communicating back and forth prior to the wedding, yet some how it turned out perfect and I wouldn't change a thing. Make sure you don't do the minimum on the pictures. If you do one of the packages that only come with a few pics--upgrade on the photography part. Lorie takes awesome pics! 10-5-10

Our wedding was 9/18/10. Kevin and Lorie were absolutely amazing!! Everything was taken care of for my husband and I, so there was much less stress than expected for planning our wedding!! The ceremony was perfect, very personal and everything we had always wanted. The pictures turned out amazing, so amazing they almost seem sureal, even to this day :) The cake was so pretty and very delicious, the guests loved it!! I would recommend Kevin and Lorie to anyone looking to get Married in Colorado!!

Lorie and Kevin provided us with the most perfect little wedding ceremony. We decided to elope and we would not have done it any other way. Marry Me In Colorado made it easy and a lot more stress free than we originally thought it was going to me. Very friendly, very personable, very flexible. Getting married in Rocky Mountain National Park was amazing, and these two only made our experience that much more special. Would highly recommend Marry Me In Colorado to anyone looking to have the perfect, romantic wedding.

We were married by Kevin Cooper on August 21st and it was amazing! Kevin did a wonderful job with the ceremony. We wanted a relaxed, comfortable wedding and that is exactly what we got. The flowers, the photography, and the cake was awesome. I would highly recommend MMIC, they are very nice people and do a wonderful job making your day extra special!
