He is currently being sued, possibly by multiple people. Take the warning, and go elsewhere or you will pay for a nightmare with this person. And you won't find him after you already paid him.

And please thank your staff. We were very pleased with how well our party went. The attention to detail was great, and, Mark & his staff are a delight to work with. I loved many of the unique idea's Mark suggested, he really has a passion for great food. We would recommend to all in need of a caterer.

Never use this person. This was the 1st time that we have ever heard of the building banning a caterer, this caterer, Mark Fahrer. All the positive reviews are obviously fake, meant order to drum up business for themselves, and by the time your event, which will go bad, is over, he will be long gone with the full amount you paid him for the event. Spend you money on a professional caterer, not a low end one like this.
