I would never recommend this videographer to anyone! During our initial talks, hiring, planning, and day of our wedding my husband and I were very impressed with Rick. The nightmare began after our wedding. Rick verbally told us that he'd have our preview for us within a few weeks. How I wish we had gotten this in writing! After hearing nothing from him after 2 months I tried contacting Rick. I tried email, office and cell phone. Days & weeks went by with no response. It got to the point that I contacted a lawyer to ask for advice on how to proceed. Finally Rick got back to me with an apology, an excuse, and a promise that the preview would be ready "soon." A month goes by and still no update. I go through the same process of trying to reach Rick with no response. It was at this point that I realized I had better document everything going on. This trend of Rick not keeping in contact with me, not responding to my inquiries for days or weeks, and then apologizing, providing an excuse, and promising results "soon" went on for months. I tried being patient and nice but in order to get any response from him I had to threaten to sue him every single time. I did not receive the video preview for over 4 months. My husband and I watched it and sent Rick our comments on what to change and final payment. We did have in writing that the final video would be ready within 45 days after receiving all materials needed for completion. After 2 months we still had not received the final video so I was back to threatening to sue. I found out during this time that Rick dropped the hard drive on which our footage was stored! Finally we get what was supposed to be the final video. It was not in HD, nor was any of the raw footage included. It took another 2 weeks to get everything. After almost 11 months we finally had a finished product but after all of that I would say that quality of the video was good but not great. There were issues with the white balance, volume, and framing in parts of our video. We did point these things out in the preview but apparently there were some things that could not be fixed after being filmed improperly. I would never recommend these videographers to anyone for anything. I cannot tell you how much stress and heartache I went through trying to get my wedding video. I found them to be extremely unprofessional and in the end the quality was not what I was expecting.
