Maison Catering specializes in unique, creative food that is sure to make your event a memorable occasion. Owners Greg and Adeline DeMichiel are seasoned restaurant chefs who both graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. We pride ourselves on taking a different approach to food preparation than the other catering companies. All cooking is done at your event that very day to ensure fresh, high-quality food. We specialize in, but are not limited to, cocktail parties, corporate functions, and wedding rehearsal dinners and brunches. We are a food only caterers.
