Let me start with the good....Dale arrived on time and ready to go. He does an excellent job in making the characters featured on his web-page. (examples: most Disney characters, and basic animals). His attitude and overall interest were good at the beginning, but as the hour came to end, so did his overall attitude. Now the bad.....he was not able to make many of the current requests, leaving many kids disappointed. And as previously mentioned, he seemed mindful of the clock and as his paid hour came to an end he seemed more concerned about whether his time was going to be extended or not. We opted not to extend him, which I think upset him as evident by an obvious change in attitude. For these reasons, I would not recommend and use his services again.
