"Never refunded my $450 !!!!"

The rental rates were fine and the service was fine but we had a very clear agreement via emails and over the phone that I would make the initial deposit on my credit card for a nursery school fair which would be refunded once they received a check for the full amount the day of the fair. They never refunded my money!!!! Numerous phone calls, emails and even faxes with proof of cleared check in the full amount of the contract ($1,300) and they still have not refunded my $450 or even responded to a single one of my attempts to reach out to them. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!
