From the moment we met Fred, we liked him. :) Music is especially important to me and Fred got that right away. I could tell that he had a great sense of humor (and a quirky one too) and that we would get along just fine. The best part is that he is able to control how much of the humor he lets out - thus he is fun and personable but professional. The factor that sealed the deal for me was the fact that, no matter what crazy idea or complicated request I told him about during our first visit with him, he didn't bat an eyelash! Not only did he not make me feel crazy for wanting to be creative but he asked me questions about my ideas so that he could better understand the meaning behind them and figure out a way to make it work. Well, weather and illness didn't cooperate and we ended up having to move the wedding ceremony inside on the day of the wedding - but this didn't phase Fred at all. Poor guy - I was LITERALLY changing things up until right before the ceremony ...and he just rolled with the punches and everything was....seamless. We didn't give him a list of "Do Not Play" songs or a "Must Play" list. We just talked to him, let him get to know us, and trusted his professional judgment and knowledge of our personalities. And he did a perfect job. We were so surprised at how there were always people dancing! The party never stopped! And there was never one of those Cheesy DJ moments that every couple fears. Fred is a genuinely nice guy with an eclectic knowledge of music and the ability to adapt to any situation.
