While he takes lovely photos, gives you all your prints on a flashdrive, and is a very nice guy, he doesn't hold up his end of the bargain very well. He missed key shots that I asked him for (he provided me with a sheet to fill out beforehand of key shots that I wanted), and made me the worst photobook with my deposit money. I ended up having to re-make the photobook (which cost me just as much as what I gave him AND I got more than double the pages that he gave me). I made my photobook through the same site that he did (Blurb) and even got the best kind of paper they had...it still cost me less! His version had chopped-off heads of people in the shots and poor placement of photos. It was so disappointing. When I sent him an email about it, he offered me $75 credit to his online print gallery of my wedding photos via SmugMug. When I went to use it before it's year-long expiration date, there was no coupon code box, which, on SmugMug, means the photographer has no active coupons. So, he lied to me or took the coupon away for some reason. Overall, I have the photos I have and I just have to except the fact that he was dishonest and unprofessional regarding our wedding photography. He doesn't seem to care much about having happy clients. Beware if you are looking into his photography for your wedding!
