"Don't be fooled"

This company was doing business under the name Lucky Clover Productions. I assume due to their horrible service they had to get a new name to try to escape their bad rep. I got married March 7th 2009 and Lucky Clover was the photographer for the wedding and was paid up front for their services. I was told after the wedding that I need to select a list of 100 photos out of the hundreds available that I like for my album. My life got a little hectic and I did not send them the list until June 24th 2011. I was very polite and understanding knowing how long I had taken and asked "Do you know about how long it will take? (I understand you are probably in the middle of other projects)". Katie (the photographer) responded explaining that there were 8 albums ahead of me and that albums were done in order of submission and that it would be at least a few weeks until she could begin to design my album. I asked for an update on Aug 12th and was told there were 5 albums ahead of me at the time. In September I asked for an update again and was told on Oct 7th there were 4 albums still ahead of me. On January 5th I asked for an update again via email and got no response. I sent another email Jan 18th and February 3rd, all with no response. My husband, my mom (who paid for the service), and I have all called multiple times in the past couple of weeks and have left messages with no answer or call back.Lucky Clover is clearly completely ignoring our attempts to contact them- I contacted them via their website as a new customer interested in service and got a response in less than an hour so it is not a matter of their communication not working. Also, they are clearly ignoring our albums- there is no way they are not getting 8 albums done in 9 MONTHS. I understand that I had to be at the back of the line when I submitted but it is not fair that I keep getting bumped back and other, new projects are getting done before mine. This has gotten ridiculous. I would also like to note that on their website they just started offering photography discounts so obviously they are not too busy and they should finish the projects they already have before asking for new ones. I filed a complaint with the BBB that they ignored and my Dad filed a complaint with Angie's list which they also ignored. We are now being forced to look into legal action

"Find someone else!"

I hate to leave a negative review, but I've been extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism exhibited. The owners are nice, friendly people when you deal with them in person. However, their inability to return a phone call or respond to an email in a timely manner leaves a lot to be desired. It's been months since the wedding and we still do not have a completed wedding album. All attempts to contact the owners by phone are ignored. If you send an email, you might get one back 3 weeks later, if you get one at all. It's been an extremely frustrating experience and completely unacceptable. The contract we received said that an album would be complete 6-8 weeks after the wedding. It's been over 7 months now. We're at a point where we feel taken advantage of and are wondering if legal action is going to be our only solution at this point. This company is also called "Locust Street Productions", and I'm going to post this review there also so that someone else isn't stuck dealing with the same issues we've had.
