Lindsy was very professional and personable, but her product was not quite what we expected. Our expectations were not high - we were looking for a shorter list of typical wedding photographs. Many shots captured people looking every which way, and no effort was made to direct the group as a whole (though when it came to the bride/groom pictures she did offer direction and suggestions for candid shots) Unfortunately weddings are very distracting and we didn't get any verbal or physical cues to put our "picture faces" on. Many times she took pictures were I was not smiling, after the frantic day my smiler was breaking a little bit and it would have been nice to know. It's possible she was unsure about providing feedback or directing us, or maybe photographers do not view that as part of their job. Lindsy would frequently look at the screen on her camera, so I was assuming she must have got a good shot when we moved on to another picture - or maybe we were rushing her because we were in a time crunch. She was lovely and delightful, it's also very possible that we were simply not a good personality match.
