I was a little distraught. When "live pet shows" came to our school, I saw the owner pull the poor monkey's leash so hard so it would stand up for pictures. The owner looked very mad at the monkey when he did that, and when he saw that I noticed his roughness with the animal, the owner acted peculiar. also, they taught nothing about the animals, they just tried to make cute comments about them. This show should be educational, so children learn to appreciate animals. If they really cared about the animals, I don't think they would put the poor babies in ridiculous costumes...these animals deserve respect, and should not be used for their monetary gain.
