I've had the most unpleasant experienec with this company in my life. first, we called an put down a deposit on our limo, and then we called two weeks later to tell them where we wanted to go for dinner and they had informed us that our reservation was canceled. they resolved the issue, but gave us a different limo than we had originally requested (because the one we asked for LOST a wheel). The day of prom, we pulled into the parking lot and saw the most disgusting, rickety, nasty limo that i've ever seen in my life. the inside was disgusting, the floor was dirty, fabric was falling from the ceiling, and the fiber optics pannel was nearly shattered. they charged us more than a grand for a limo that I was teriffied to set foot into. so we left and the driver ran over curbs, ran off the road, twice, drove irradically, and decided to drive 70mph in a 55. When we got to dinner, we paid the driver the money, and he claimed we were $100 dollars short. however, the money was counted by 6 people before it was in his possession, and it was the right amout. so our driver STOLE $100 dollars from us. he also did aproximately $1,500 dollars of damage to a 2.3 million dollar property, slammed into a curb and knocked a passenger out of her seat, flattened a flower bed full of imported bushses, and went through a neighbors lawn and flower bed as well; and after all that, had the nerve to still tell us we owed him 100 dollars. When the night was done, we told the man we would call his manager on monday, and she hung up on us! so, we're going to sue them for the property damage and file as many complaints as we can to warn everyone that this company is horrible and will try to swindle you out of your money. they give a new meaning to the phrase "buyer beware."
