Buyer beware..!! We selected KWK Studios as a local semi-experienced wedding photographer. All was very well at first, we got a "good deal" for a complete wedding package. For the most part the experience was good..... KWK made a bad decision at our wedding, over-ruling our wishes. We had an hour planned in between the ceremony and the reception and we stated and confirmed with KWK that family pictures will be taken at the chapel. Well KWK decided at last minute that this wasn't going to happen and that during the reception was when it was going to happen. This meant 45 minutes of our paid reception was taken up by photos. Dumb move #1. But here is the worst.... the real issue came afterwards when getting our pre-paid for wedding books. We did all she asked, selected 200 photos for each of the 3 books, listed 100 of them each as prominent and background and sent KWK the list. Well months went by and many, many calls and emails went unanswered. When KWK did reply it was always a bad excuse. Finally after 3 months of begging and pleading (nicely) we received 1 book. Now granted it was an "ok" quality book.... but nothing else.... where were our other 2 books?? And to top it off the book we got had only half the photos in it and some were not ones we picked out..!! We give her one star for the photos.... but the service and response to the customer is truely appalling and shameful. KWK basically ignored us and did not fullfill there contract. We have no other recourse since we paid in full in advance (our stupid mistake) but to take them to court to sue for breach of contract. KWK Studios is a poor example of a business geared towards providing couples with lasting memories of what should have been a truely happy experience. Shame on KWK and the sour grapes they spread.
