This company is horrible! THey are located in North Carolina as well ! I ordered from them three weeks ago and still have not received it. It even asked me when I needed them by and I told them Sept 1st. They said & I quote "Most personalized items require approval on your design emailed to you 1 week before your date needed! Your approval on the sample is needed. Check your spam filters if it blocks attachments." I NEVER received an email in my inbox OR spam box. I checked EVERY day! I have been emailing her for the past week trying to tell her I never received a approval email..NEVER RESPONDS TO EMAILS !!! Then she has two numbers on her website... Neither in service !! What kind of company doesn't communicate with their customers !!??? NOW THANKS TO THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY I WILL NOT HAVE ANY FAVORS AT MY WEDDING !!!!!!!! AND WHO KNOWS IF I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK?! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DONT BOTHER TAKING THE RISK ! ALL PHONE NUMBERS LISTED ARE DISCONNECTED! I NOTIFIED ATTOURNEY GENERALS OFFICE IN NORTH CAROLINA TO NOTIFY THEM OF THIS FRADUALENT COMPANY !
