I ORDERED SOME PICTURES IN DEC 2010 & I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THEM OR HAVE ANYONE CONTACT ME.I have not had any response and have asked for a refund.
Vendor response: There was a miscommunication regarding the status of the order from the horse show (not that it should be an excuse, but it should be noted that this all happened during a difficult time for us personally and not due to an intentional disregard), but the customer received a full refund as requested.
