Kansas City Rib Company was founded in 1993 by Terry Kopp and is the only Kansas City Barbecue voted "Best of the Best", Barbecue in the Nation by National Barbecue News. The KC RIB CO caters all the meats, sauces, and side dishes that have won numerious national and local awards including a 1st Place Blue Ribbon from the American Royal Barbecue and a Gold Medal from National Barbecue Association. PLEASE BE AWARE! In 2006 a person from Lee''s Summit, MO started using the Kansas City Rib Company name and is now operating a catering business. We are NOT associated with them or do they offer our AWARD WINNING BBQ!!! WE ARE NOT SURE IF THEY HAVE EVER WON AN AWARD!!! Don''t accept anything less than the BEST!
