I have purchased several items from Just Cakin It and flavor of the cakes an cupcakes just melted in your mouth,Exstroadinary taste.And everything arrived on perfect time.The appearance of everything was just beautiful.I highly recomend Just Cakin It to all of my friends an family.I was really happy with everything,Thank You for making the party a blast for my son.

After hearing back from the cake company, they did not stand us up. Their employee was in the corner without her materials and impossible to spot out as a cake designer. Just cakin' it has cleared up the misunderstanding and has done everything they can to resolve the situation. Because of the mixup, they have ensured us that they will prevent it from happening again by posting signs and making their employees more visible. I can not speak to the quality of the cakes or decoration but from their pictures they look very nice.

They refused to meet us halfway between Vacaville and Sacramento, had us drive all the way up there just to leave us sitting in a Peet's Coffee wondering if they'd ever show. Then, when we called to address why they stood us up they called us liers and said they were their the whole time. Hmmm, I guess me, my mother, and two of my bridesmaids who took 5 hours out of our Friday evening, are all lying about something that in the end doesn't even matter. At least they could have apologized and tried and make it right. They lost a customer and many recommendations. DO NOT USE THEM TO MAKE YOUR CAKES!

Vendor response: Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clear up a few false allegations. We did not refuse to meet halfway and did not call anyone a liar. We generally meet at Peet's Coffee with each client. Our cake designer was at Peet's and somehow missed Mr Driskell's fiance and her group. Our cake designer immediately called and sent an email to resolve the issue. This client never returned the call to fiqure out the misunderstanding. We talked with the mother of the bride who says she acknowledges who our cake designer was and did see her at Peet's. The bride's fiance was angered by the mishap and has posted negative rewiews before giving Just Cakin' It the chance to resolve the problem. We apologize and in the future Just Cakin' It will have an upright sign on their consultation table to make sure this does not happen again.

We ordered our wedding cupcakes/cake last minute and Just Cakin' It was willing to go above and beyond for our special day. My cupcakes arrived on time and the display was beautiful. I would reccomend this bakery to anyone in need of something original for your wedding day.
