This is the worst catering company. I used this company to cater my wedding. I had a plated served meal. I provided the caterer with a final head count one month before the wedding. Suzanne shorted my guests food. 25 percent of my guests did not receive the side dishes. Suzanne offered me no refund for this. Food was served cold. Very unprofessional! Think again before you use this company for your catering needs!
Vendor response: This was also written by this same client, Kim: "I wanted to express my gratitude with your servers. They went above and and beyond their job description. They helped with last minute details, delivered excellent service, and all had great attitudes. All our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The beef and chicken prepared for the meal was delicious. Many guests who ordered those entrees were very impressed and happy with their selections. The chicken was just as I remembered on the tasting. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken, while Ryan thoroughly enjoyed the beef.." Unfortunately, Ms Kim does not mention that she refused to allow my company to use our warming oven due to lack of space available and refused to allow us to use our grilling equipment. In order to grill our recipe of the best Tri Tip beef roasts in this area, smoke is produced into the air which sometimes affects photos if the grill is close to the ceremony area. Recommendations are freely given for positioning and this reason to prevent any unwanted 'looks'. As a catering professional for over 9 years, I greatly urge future clients to allow us to use our recommended and much needed equipment in order to produce the best quality possible. The statements of 25% of guests were not served is completely untrue and her guest list was submitted 9 days before her wedding date. We do however, understand Ms Kim's disappointment and she was offered a significant compensating offer.
