The reason that John didn't show up is because he passed away in April. He was a wonderful man, reader and friend and he is missed terribly.

Made an appt and first available 1 1/2 months later. Emailed twice within the week of the appt to confirm and get an address, no response. Tried the phone number several times, wouldn't go through. Found the address above and went to scheduled appt of 9:30pm (night), rang the bell, left and came back, rang the bell several more times. No answer. A man approached asked if I was waiting for someone when my husband picked me up and we left. It was probably innocent, but glad my husband was there. Can't understand the good reviews if business is conducted in this manner. I would understand emergencies or illness, but no communication whatsoever. I do not recommend and would proceed with caution.
