"Big Disappointment!"

Very disappointing. We hared them for a big occasion. The pictures look nice on a computer screen but when we have one of them enlarged to 16X20, the quality is simply unacceptable. The digital files they gave us showed that the pictures don't have enough pixels. Did the photographer forgot to set his camera right? It's hard to believe but I can't come up with any other explanation. I'm not going to use them again for sure.
