JDC's Just Delicious Catering is owned and run by Chef Jason Clark (a graduate of Johnson & Wales). We specialize in New England Country Cuisine using local and organic products whenever possible. We believe that locally raised food tastes better and is more nutritious. We support our neighbors and other local farms. We also have a beautiful knotty pine hall located on a working farm that we rent out for events. Catering on-site & off-site. Weddings/civil unions(Justice of Peace Avail), corporate functions, retreats, workshops or family events. We can customize a menu to fit your needs!
