I used Inflatable Adventures for an event in July 2011. When they showed up to setup for the event I had ordered a generator and the guy setting up found a way to setup without using the generator, so it was not unloaded, not used, and he said he wouldn't charge me for it. He assured me that he would note it on the paper and I would be credited for the amount of the generator as I had already paid in full. When I called Inflatable Adventures the next day to follow-up they told me that although the generator was never used, the Directors refused to refund payment for the generator. Any business that steals your money for services not used and lies about it is worth staying away from. I would not recommend them to anyone.
