"1st Birthday Party Ruined with no Recovery"

Not the place to rent from for sure, which is a shame because they have so much to offer for a party rental place. I placed my order a week in advance for my twins 1st birthday party and gave the fellow on the phone my payment information. He read and verified everything back to me and I was assured everything would happen as planned. An hour before my party we still have no bounce house, no ice shaver, no table and chairs for my party. I called. They told me they didn't have an order for me. Then they said they found my order but no payment info. And because I hadn't "paid in advance" they would not be able to get my order to me until after 5pm. My party was ending at 5pm. Too bad for me I guess. Their excuse was they were having some turnover and they were sorry but because there had been no money exchange they had no obligation to me....A willing, paying customer. When things go wrong, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS! I simply do not recommend them.
