Best prices in Houston..The best part of it all is that I actually ended up spending less than what I had originally planned. From now on, we will not deal with any other jewelers! We are very pleased with Houston Diamond Outlet and highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about making a diamond purchase!

Would gladly purchase from Houston diamond outlet again or recommend it to someone else. Jay worked intensely and closely with me through the process of custom designing my fiance's engagement ring. Not only did he deliver on a tight schedule, but also helped me create a one of a kind ring that we could not possibly be happier with.

Good service and nice people I found Houston Diamond outlet through searching the internet and reading reviews. Houston Diamond outlet had some honest prices and service that is friendly. Jay was great and I appreciate his help to choose my engagement ring. He stayed extra time after hours to help me find what I liked. If you need help understanding how to purchase a diamond he will be more than willing to teach you what to look for.

Me and my fiancee purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands (it was kind of a shot gun wedding ;)) from Houston Diamond Outlet. We were stressed and did not have much time, but they were able to make the experience as smooth as ever. We got a great deal for the three rings, highly recommend!

The engagement ring my fiance bought from the Houston Diamond Outlet is beautiful. However, I have had such a negative experience with the staff at this location, that it is almost not worth it. The ring was sized too big and the diamond never rests on the top of my finger, and we were confused as to why this happened. When my fiance and I called to get information about possibly resizing it, the owners did not return our calls, were constantly busy with other costumers, claimed they could not find our paperwork, then ultimately accused us of harrassing them, after quoting us four to five days to resize the ring. The saleswoman compared the situation to my teaching job, saying "you are acting like a parent of a student in your class.. parents think every child is the most important and the smartest child that class.. you are not our priority, and it is the holiday season, we are frustrated because you and your fiance won't stop calling." Then, THREE WEEKS after my fiance put the ring on my finger, a pave stone from the band fell out and left a gaping yellow hole where the diamond should be! Naturally, I was extremely upset and frustrated, and when I brought the ring into the owner, he plainly stated that this was "not the ring's fault" and he did not "have to" fix it. He and I got so worked up, the woman needed to step in. She continued to embarrass me, upset me, and tell me to my face that I need to stop acting like I am the "most important customer". I would urge to anyone reading this not to buy a life-changing piece of jewelry, such as an engagement ring, from this store. They are able to make you feel like the most important customer the day that you buy it, but if something is to go wrong after the check is cashed, they make it clear that it is not their responsiblity. They have acted extremely unprofessionally to me, and have turned what is supposed to be the happiest time of my life into a very frustrating, impersonal, upsetting experience with my jewelers.
