Highland Springs Resort is comprised of 123 Farm, The Grand Oak Steakhouse & Bar, and an 88 room resort and conference center. With over 20 acres of organic herbs, the farm is an essential part of our focus on health and wellness. Following our annual Lavender Festival every June, we begin the painstaking process of harvesting and distilling our extensive fields of lavender, peppermint and rosemary.
