"horrible buses, bad customer service"

I tried to book a bus for my family (for my brother's wedding). It was an 11 hour drive. I originally booked a bus but realized I would need a bigger size. They repeatedly (for months) said we got the bigger size bus, so I believed them. But on the day of our trip, it was a small bus that barely fit all of us. ALSO, they say their buses have electrical outlets, tvs, dvd system, speakers, etc. While the bus did have tvs and a dvd system, it did not work. And their bus did not have electrical outlets. For 25 people and such a long car ride, it was a very uncomfortable, boring, and crowd trip. I contacted my original sales guy, Matt and he pushed me off to speak to someone else named Dan. I've tried talking and complaining to Dan, and he will not speak to me or get back to me. Very rude, and very crappy customer service. And very old crappy buses. Use another service!!!!
