I used this florist to deliver a special bouquet on a special day. Not only did it not arrive on time, two bunches of altromeria were substituted for rminature carnations, asters, and alstromeria. When I tried to contact the vendor, GRF, my calls were not returned for a period of days. When I finally spoke with the owner, she explained that she had a hard time finding the flowers contained in the arrangement which I had ordered, so she just delivered what she had. Since satisfacrtion was guaranteed, she agreed to refund my money. Six weeks later, she still has not returned my money nor is she returning any calls. When I call a second number, all that is heard is a fax machine..the other line goes to voice mail.
